    Planning can be challenging and isn’t always something that we want to do. Yet, as adults, it is still something that we have to consider and thing about. There are so many things that require planning. We have to plan the amount of time it’s going to take us to get to work. We may need to plan meals for the week. We need to plan our grocery list.     Managing My Time

    Managing our time can be challenging. Managing our time at work and juggling everything between work and the rest of our lives isn’t always easy at times. Some have an easier time than others. For those of us with ADHD/ADD it can be more of a challenge than anything else. I’ll admit that it’s always been a bit of a struggle for me. Sometimes, more than others, but managing my time hasn’t always come easily for me. Lately, I have struggled to manage my time between the various things that is going on in my life.     Planning and ADHD don’t always mix

    We all know that, as adults, some planning may be involved. Whether it’s planning on how to get to work, or planning our budget, or scheduling meetings, or making sure that work is submitted on time, there is some planning involved. It is part of being an adult, at times. Many would expect it. However, when you have ADHD/ADD, planning/time management/anything involving planning can be a pretty huge challenge.
