    Letting go of ‘should’

    For a long time, I had a voice telling me that I should be doing this or that. Telling me that I should be cleaning. Or spend less time on my phone. Or spend more time with my kids. I’m sure I’m not the only person who experiences this. The endless cycle of ‘shoulding’. When we start shoulding ourselves, it has more to do with what we think is expected of us rather than we really want. Or even how we truly feel. We feel like we should be better.
