    Planning can be challenging and isn’t always something that we want to do. Yet, as adults, it is still something that we have to consider and thing about. There are so many things that require planning. We have to plan the amount of time it’s going to take us to get to work. We may need to plan meals for the week. We need to plan our grocery list. There’s just so many things that we need to plan for. As much as it’s not something we always want to do, it is something that can be beneficial.     Planning for those goals

    So, last week, I was talking about some goals for 2019. Like so many, if I want to achieve those goals, I should probably start planning. Yes, planning. A word that many ADHDers/ADDers do somewhat dread. And yes, I do include myself. I don’t always look forward to planning things and I’m not really good at it. So, as much as it’s not my strong suit (ADHD do struggle to stick with goals and plan and such), and I’m always sure where to start, I should start planning for those goals.     Planning and ADHD don’t always mix

    We all know that, as adults, some planning may be involved. Whether it’s planning on how to get to work, or planning our budget, or scheduling meetings, or making sure that work is submitted on time, there is some planning involved.
