    Adapting

We are all aware of what is going on the world. It is affecting absolutely everyone. So many people have had to change and adapt to what’s going on. We’ve had to adapt to the uncertainty of when kids will be back at school, or when people will be able to go back to work, and so many other things. It is worrisome, to say the least. We don’t know what each day may bring. Since I have ADHD, having a routine does help. When my kids were in school and daycare, I did have a decent routine going. But now that they’re home, my husband has had a promotion…

Now that a new year is here, so many people are making goals and/or resolutions. It’s just that time when people do it. I have done this in the past. I have set some goals and resolutions. I haven’t always been able to get them done, but I have still set some in the past. So far, this year isn’t too much different in the sense that I have set some goals for this year. I wrote them…

    Getting Ready for Christmas

There’s about a month before Christmas. Okay, well, maybe a little less than that, but you get my point. The countdown is going down to the holidays. A time when things can be stressful for a lot of people. Christmas has always been a stressful time for me. I don’t know if I want to say more so than it has been for others. But I think it is in a different way that it can be for others. I feel that those who have ADHD may get stressed and anxious about the holidays in a different way. There’s just so much to the holidays that is involved. Planning is…

I did fall off the wagon, when it comes to my blogging here. But hey I am only human. It will happen sometimes. As much as I did drop the ball, I do want to change that. I did enjoy blogging, learning about ADHD/ADD, and such. And I really would like to continue with this blog. Hopefully, I can now readjust my time and make sure that I can make time for my blogging again. I am hoping that my ADHD/ADD…

    I Wish I had Known

I have learned quite a bit about ADHD/ADD, since I have started writing this blog. Although there is still a lot for me to learn, a lot that I would like to know, I still feel like I’m making progress. It is a good start. I have more knowledge than I did. I still wouldn’t call myself an expert on ADHD/ADD or anything related to the topic. But I still know a thing or two. I feel pretty good about that. That being said, there’s still a part of me that wishes I had started learning about my ADHD/ADD earlier. Part of me feels as though maybe it might have…
