    ADHDers often struggle with another condition on top of their ADHD. I have looked at ADHD and anxiety in a previous post.     Life can be quite stressful and challenging when you have ADHD. It is no wonder that about 50 percent of people with ADHD also have anxiety disorder. Individuals with ADHD are more likely to have an anxiety disorder than their neurotypical counterparts. Having an anxiety disorder is more than just feeling a little anxious from time to time.     In this post, I’m going to talk about something that may not be common knowledge. Something that we may not really think about or be aware of. The topic is ADHD and comorbidity.
