Happy April everyone! Already a few days into a new month. At this point, we’re slowly leaving winter behind. Although the weather can be quite unpredictable at times in April, I find.
But that’s a whole other topic.
It’s time to bring up the focus for this month.
The Focus Will Be …
So, for the month of April, I will be focusing on physical health. Throughout the month, I will discuss different topics in relation to physical health, as well as how ADHD can affect it. I will be writing about topics, like exercise, sleep, nutrition, among others.
Why This Topic
This is the first time that I will be really diving into these topics for this blog.
Although I have been exercising for a while, it’s only been over the last few months that I have become more interested in it and wanting to learn more. I began wanting to learn more about nutrition, sleep, hormones, and things that involve our physical health.
It really started with wanting to educate myself. Now I would also like to share what I’ve learned.
