Focus for March 2023

We are now three days into a new month. Hard to believe March is already here.

As it is a new month, it is now time to focus on a new topic. Time to shift things from self-sabotage to something new. So here we go.


As I mentioned in my first post of 2023, my goal is to try and focus on topics I didn’t have last year. I had a topic and focus in mind already for this month. In December, I had planned some topics for the first few months of 2023. 

However, as I thought about it, my mind changed. As I was writing February’s blog posts, things changed.

After discussing self-sabotage in February, I felt that my focus this month should be positive.

So what’s the focus?

It is so easy to focus on the struggles and the consequences that can and often does come with having ADHD. It’s not difficult to do, as so much attention is placed on this.

However, for this reason, it’s so easy to forget that there are some advantages to having ADHD as well. 

I feel as though we should focus on the positive side of ADHD a bit more. 

For that reason, I would like to focus on that this month. The positive and good that can come with having ADHD.
