Social Situations and Relationships Can Be Tricky

Social situations and relationships can be a challenge for some with ADHD, and can affect the people around us. Sure, some kids and adults with ADHD have a fairly easy time interacting with others, keeping life-long friends, and such.

However, many seem to struggle with this, whether it’s with our spouse/partner, with colleagues at work, with friends, and so many social situations.

Our brain is wired differently, which makes executive functions difficult. Our brains process information and such differently.

Much like anything else, there are still ways to help us in these situations. Just because we struggle, it doesn’t mean that we have to struggle with this forever.

Take time to think about what you struggle with and see how you can improve.
