Oh shoot! Where did the time go?

I know I’ve been very quiet the last few weeks, and I’m sad to see how little I’ve been able to post on this blog over the last few months. I feel like I’ve definitely neglected this blog, which was something I never wanted to do. When I first started this blog, I had committed to post at least once a week. Planning for those goals

So, last week, I was talking about some goals for 2019. Like so many, if I want to achieve those goals, I should probably start planning. Yes, planning. A word that many ADHDers/ADDers do somewhat dread. And yes, I do include myself. I don’t always look forward to planning things and I’m not really good at it. So, as much as it’s not my strong suit (ADHD do struggle to stick with goals and plan and such), and I’m always sure where to start, I should start planning for those goals. I do have to start somewhere and try my best. I think the first thing is to write them…
