Managing our time can be challenging. Managing our time at work and juggling everything between work and the rest of our lives isn’t always easy at times. Some have an easier time than others.
For those of us with ADHD/ADD it can be more of a challenge than anything else.
I’ll admit that it’s always been a bit of a struggle for me. Sometimes, more than others, but managing my time hasn’t always come easily for me.
Lately, I have struggled to manage my time between the various things that is going on in my life. I have my kids, my husband, my blog, along with a few other things that I am trying to work on and get started as well. It isn’t always easy. I get distracted easily, I can’t really get organized, just to name a few things that don’t come easily to individuals who have ADHD/ADD, such as myself. One of the reasons why I haven’t been really present a lot here on this blog over the last few weeks.
So, as much as it is something that I struggle with, I do want to work on changing that. I want to be able to manage my time better. I know I struggle with this, and I do want to do something about it. And I will definitely change.
I am not 100% sure how that will all go. I will look into vary ways to manage my time, and see what works for me. It will take some time, but I know I will find something that works for me. I may need to try a few different things and do it a few different ways. Sometimes, that’s what we need to find a way that works for us.
Eventually I will get there. I will be able to manage my time a little better.
